
The restaurant module was specifically designed to meet the functional requirements of a modern restaurant.
The program can run in two ways:
- 1. Intake and generation of bar/kitchen orders with printing of the bills and receipts.
- 2.Integrated with the stocks, recepies and the rest of the ERP to the point where the restaurant module becomes an interface for the rest of the system.
Each client decides in what way and to what extent he wants to integrate the restaurant module with the stocks and accounting. The program can be configured for any requirement.
- The access levels to various options of the program are guaranteed by usage of magnetic cards.
What makes our solution better then others of its kind is the fact that the program can work for networks of restaurants / cafes using a centralized data base. The prices can vary from location to location and can be updated from a central location. Also, you can define minimum stock levels and put in place alerts that tell you when the stock for a location is aproaching a critical level.
Thanks to this feature a single person is able to manage an entire network of restaurants / cafes from a central location.
The program comes with a number of reports including sales/by day/by waiter/by item etc. Also, there is a module Programul are incorporat un numar de rapoarte de vanzari/zile/chelner/articole, etc. De asemenea, exista un modul de reprezentare grafica a numarului de comenzi servite pe ore, valori ale comenzilor, etc.
The bills can be split in to up to 4 separate bills. The program can automatically generate an invoice from bills. Also, cashing can be made by credit card, currency or and combination of the two.
You can give discounts to special clients. You can also implement a security policy regarding the granting of discounts. (levels of competence).


Also, you can define "gold" clients, who can accumulate "points" depending on the orders they place and which can use this respective points in accordance with the defined policy.

Apart from the module that alows the use of touch screen techology, a new module is currently being developed. This new module will allow waiters to take orders on Palmtops and will automatically send the information to a central location. -
This way, the posibility of incorect orders is minimized, and the response time to an order can be lowered.
