Auto Service
The Auto Service module is dedicated to the process of taking in and processing of service orders.
Some of the features of the module are:
1. Taking in cars (trucks/trailors) and registering them in a database
to establish possible car warranty / repair questions.
2. Planning of repairs in working phases or on work centers.
3. Generating the estimate cost of intervention with the option to email the estimate right from the program.
4. Estimation of necessary work materials and the running of the materials to the designated work centers.
5. The program comes integrated with stocks and orders modules, so that, in the case of missing items,
you can quickly place an order to the supplier.
6. Generating of the total costs from the repairs estimate and listing of the final estimate for the client/insurer.
7. Automated generation of the invoice from the repair estimate, and, if there is a cash collection, automated
generation of a receipt.
8. The program can print out a number of reports like :
1. Workload by day/work center
2. Income for work centers
